Home Remedies for Longer, Stronger, Harder Nails.

Every woman wants to have healthy and  lovely looking nails. However, our nails fail to grow naturally and hence we result to fixing artificial nails. This can be expensive,embarrassing and at times lead to health concerns. Luckily, the long lasting solution to having long and hard nails could be lying in your kitchen.






    1. Tomatoes
     Tomatoes contain biotin which makes nails thick and shiny. In addition they contain vitamin C and  vitamin A that enhance the growth.

  •      Combine 1/4 cup of olive oil with 1/4 cup of tomato juice.
  •      Soak your nails into the mixture for about 10 minutes.
  •      Repeat daily until you see noticable improvement.
                                                
       

      2. Coconut Oil
        Cocunut oil is an ingredient that improves cuticles and heals nail fungal infections that could be  inhibiting the growth of your nails.
  •         Warm a reasonable amount of virgin coconut oil and use it to massage your nails for about  10-15 minutes.
  •         Repeat the process everyday. 
  •         There will be noticable difference in about two weeks.

        3. Lemons
         Lemons are very rich in vitamin c, making them a great remedy for stimulating nail growth. They also help to cure yellow nails a condition that also affects the development of heatlthy                nails.
  •           Cut lemons into different slices and rub slices on the nails.
  •           Let them stay for upto 15 minuts then rinse off with warm water.
  •           Apply Moisturizer.

           4.Orange Juice
            Orange juice contains folic acid that is trusted to enhance the growth and apperance of nails. It  also contains vitamin C for stronger nails.
  •              Squeeze some reasonable amount of juice from oranges.
  •              Soak your nails for upto 15 minutes then rinse off with warm water
  •              Appy moisturizer.

             5. Garlic
              Applying garlic juice on your nails twice a week will make your nails grow faster. Simply                   cut a garlic clove and rub it on each of your nails. use a fresh garlic clove for each nail.
       
              6. Eggs
               Eating eggs provides an excellent source of iron, vitamin B7, Vitamin B12, Vitamin A and                 Vitamin E. This are elements most vital in promoting healthy nails. You can eat them boiled, poached or scrambled.
                7. Olive Oil
                  Always use olive oil to moisturize your nails. It is reach in vitamin E that keeps nails  healthy and also prevents your nails from cracking and peeling off.
